Do not order from this company! Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They also sent me an order I did not place for twice the money of the pricing online! They don’t answer phones and take two weeks to respond to emails.

"Terrible Tech Support and 4 weeks with NO tracking info at all"
I was very excited to buy this for my wife from the liquidation sale on (4/14/22) because she has been wanting to try it so badly. However I am very displeased, I understand it is a busy time but I still (almost 4 weeks after purchase) have not even gotten a tracking number, I spent $150 dollars and I have written kind emails with NO response. I have politely written in the HUB for just at least tracking info and I get no response and it gets moved to the "previous case history" Luckily I went through Paypal and because of having no response at all I will be asking for my money back for SERVICES NOT RENDERED. Hope you all have better luck and a better experience.
EDIT: They finally emailed me back to remind me there are NO returns or refunds yet still told me that I have to wait because they were not well prepared enough to handle the influx of orders.

I ordered the second day of the liquidation sale and after weeks of not receiving any confirmation emails or seeing movement on my hub account for my order I contacted support via email. It took a few days for a response which I knew with the influx of emails would happen. Megan was able to address my concern and assure me that I would still receive my order. Thank you for always having such wonderful customer service!

"I placed an order on the 13th was told…"
I placed an order on the 13th was told there would be an delay and that orders placed on the 13-15th would ship by April 28th. On the 30th I was told they do not know when my order will ship. It’s May 9th and my order still says processing. It’s people who ordered after the 13th who have their orders already while people who ordered on the 13th is still waiting. Stop sending emails telling people to buy more stuff. The only emails I want to see are updates on my order. How can you sell more stuff when you are short staffed and can’t fill your current orders? Ladyboss does not care about their customers.

Seriously I’m just know receiving a response to my review. I posted this review a month ago. Since then I have already cancelled my order and received my refund. So I don’t need you to look up my account but thank you.

Update on June 13, 2022.
After reading what Ladyboss comment. I did check to see if I have received a shipping confirmation and I have not. This is a true lie. I’m beginning to think I got screwed and might have to take some legal action.
Now that lady boss is no longer a company. I put an order in in April and still has not received it nor have I got any communication from Customer Service even when I’ve sent an email out to them. This is my first time experiencing this and I find it very frustrated that there’s no communication whatsoever.

I ordered a bag of lean, 2 bottles of greens and a sample packet of a different flavor of lean. I received a tracking number for all the items HOWEVER when my package arrived I only received the bag of lean. I want to know where my greens are. I've sent several emails, IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO SEND THE PRODUCT YOU CAN REFUND ME FOR THE 2 BOTTLES AND SAMPLE PACKET. I wonder if your company went under because you have the worst customer service EVER. I'm glad I'll never deal with you again. (:
