This is a very professional travel company! I definitely recommend it. My cousins and I (we are all in our 20’s) were traveling abroad for the first time together and I was a little nervous about safety. Andrés was very helpful, professional and friendly! He arranged all our transportation in Monteverde/Santa Elena and also helped us take a zip line tour. He studied in the US for some time, so he speaks excellent and English and there was no communication barrier at all. He’s a local to the area and knows it well. My favorite part of the trip was spending time on his Aunt & Uncle’s organic coffee farm La Bella Tica and also climbing the “Strangled Fig Tree.” Andrés is a great trustworthy person to know and I highly recommend anyone wanting to travel in the area to reach out to him! I was volunteering in Monteverde on a farm and it was a remote place so we really needed a reliable transportation agency. This company helped me and my other volunteer friends so much especially because as students we made last minute plans, we’re on a tight budget and often changed our plans. However Andres (from the company) was very accommodating and gave us great prices and helped organise our last minute plans. He was also very accessible by phone even on holidays like Christmas and New Year’s Day. He also suggested lots of options and alternative solutions for our travel plans.
