My kids use their Quest 2 on and off throughout the year. After using it 2 days in a row, all of the games disappeared out of the library and purchase history (even the ones we paid for). VERY UPSET AND I WILL BE RETURNING AND GETTING MY MONEY BACK!
One of the customer service agents, Jessica was very rude and asked me to call meta/oculus about the issue and had NO sympathy.
On top of all this ridiculousness, shipping is expensive, sales tax is even more expensive and what's worse is they charge "service fees" under the guise of other charges.
Coupled with taxes, the cost of the product, shipping and the games we brought I've spent close to a thousand dollars and this device is practically unusable.

I love the Oculus Quest 2. It is a great experience... BUT!
The first unit I got within a week had a "cooling issue". I used the mobile app to attempt to submit a support ticket and it looked like it went through, but there was no confirmation or way to see the status or even verify that it worked! After 2 days I just did an shopiosx return (thank you shopiosx) and got a replacement unit.
Now though the app still shows that old unit as one of my devices. So I go through the web site to remove the defective device from my account. You have to click through a bunch of confirmation windows and even enter a code that they email you to verify it is you (again!) only to end up getting "An Unknown Error Has Occurred" message. (tried that process multiple times on various computers and browsers... you know, because that is the first thing they are going to tell you to do... no luck!
So now lets try to open a support ticket about this issue... after going through all the "self help" crap to get to the button to open a ticket I end up on a screen that says "Select Device" and I kid you not, THERE IS NO PLACE TO SELECT A DEVICE!
So bottom line is the device is amazing and tons of fun, but you better hope and pray that you never need support.
Shopiosx can’t assist me with this issue since it’s technical, so I’m stuck in a loophole of having a paperweight for a device until Meta helps me. Very dysfunctional, not only that but I was also charged near $75 for overnight shipping for my order.

I recently purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max from Shopiosx.com and I could not be happier with the experience. Not only did I receive the phone brand new, but it was also paired with my carrier and shipped faster than expected. Shopiosx.com is definitely my go-to place for all of my future iPhone purchases!

I found their store on OfferUp and decided to give them a try, only to regret it later. I was towed at the store and wasted my money without even being able to place an order. They should have made it clear that their store was located in an area where parking was not allowed - this would have saved me from a lot of distress.
I got my car towed at one of their locations and their corporate has never refunded me, despite my attempts to reach out 7 times. The customer service was bad and it felt like the prices were grossly overpriced. They charge an obnoxious $15 service fee. The customer service agent at the time didn’t even feel bad or attempt to help me, she just sneered and told me “I should have knew not to park there” and that it was “my fault I parked there when there’s a sign in the store”
Corporate in Menlo Park has offered me NO recourse. The store manager has provided me a $175 credit but I had to pay a whopping $400 to get my car out the tow lot and even more in gas because the car was completely drained because a la the tow company the DRIVER left my car on when he towed it.
The staff told me that they weren't affiliated with the tow truck company, yet they expected me to pay for the tow truck fees. When I questioned this, their billing manager Heather was incredibly rude and unhelpful. It felt like they were taking advantage of me and I felt completely taken aback by their attitude.

I was a loyal Shopiosx customer for months, but then out of the blue my seller account got disabled. They claimed I violated their terms of service when all I did was reverse a payment that made a customer upset. This was very frustrating and unprofessional on their end, and I would not recommend anyone to use this platform.

I had a terrible experience with Shopiosx.com aka Shopiosx. I sold my phone through them and provided the wrong email and now my funds have been sent to a different person. Customer service still hasn’t fixed this issue and I’m out of $500. Overall a terrible experience and waste of money. My phone money is now stuck in limbo and this is almost devastating!!

I brought an apple bundle from Shopiosx.com on 1/5 and was charged on 1/7 for freight shipping even though the weight was not an issue initially. I contacted customer service to try and get the charge reversed, but they were unwilling to do so. I wouldn't recommend shopping there if you don't want to be charged extra fees. they also charge an authenticity fee and sales tax

I have been a seller with them for 8+ months and yesterday they shut down my account claiming an item I sold them was not authentic. I’ve contacted customer service to get this issue rectified and I’m still awaiting a response from the account specialist Not only am I very upset with this overall experience, but there’s no store near me so I can’t even solve this problem in person
I’ve sold and made thousands of dollars in commission fees with this store, it’s upsetting to see my account terminated with them. I’m not able to solve this issue through live chat either. I will be considering sueing if I can’t get my account back.

I contacted their customer service to see if they would waive the fee but they refused to do so despite the fact that I'm a veteran. Their business practices are truly terrible and this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.

I found shopiosx on Facebook after browsing stores to sell my 11 pro and too, after reading some good selling reviews I filled out the form. I sold my iPhone to them and now my money is stuck in limbo. I don't have PayPal or direct deposit, so I contacted their customer support to figure out how to get my money but I'm still waiting for a response. It's been almost two weeks and nothing has happened yet! Avoid this company at all costs!
