"Nice item,bad returns"

Quick delivery and nice item. However needed to return item as not suitable. Returns with ikrush are extortionate especially as ikrush is an online service so unable to try or see products until delivery. Most online companies have free returns, especially when paying a high price of £5.99 for delivery to then be charged an additional £3 for a label .....£8.99 is a lot to lose as I have nothing to show for it. Will not be reordering until returns policy changes

They are ok… dresses look good quality online but once you get them they are quite see through was quite self conscious going outside in them.
The knitted tops are really short so would only wear these with high waisted jeans. They look spot on on the website, probably wouldn’t buy from here again as they are quite expensive for what they are

Website glitched and I was charged twice and sent two pairs of shoes via two separate orders. I emailed straight after to cancel the order - got no reply. Shoes received, quality ok but ended up returning them. Had to pay to return both pairs, emailed again to say I wasn’t happy to pay the returns for the extra pair, again I got no reply. Weeks later and the refund has only just been processed. Will not be ordering from this website again.

such a good website and all the stuff is so cute!! I ordered a bag and fluffy pink sliders and omg perfect couldn't be more happy with the quality and the products look exactly like the pictures everything is PERFECT - definitely ordering from here again xx

I received my order very quickly. However I had to return one item and still have not received a refund from them. They have not even acknowledged my messages on Facebook.
