Called twice today to see where I'm at with a medicare supplement plan. I WAS PUT ON HOLD TWICE JUST TO BE HUNG UP ON TWICE.

My brothers wife died. He thought he was going to be able to stay on her insurance. He missed the cut off date for supplemental insurance. This had been a nightmare. I dont wish this on anyone.
