Thank you for your response. I appreciate the offer to review the evidence in person, but I must address a few points for clarity.
Firstly, when I returned the car, no one mentioned a missing home charger. It was only after I had left that I received a call saying it was missing. I am confident the home charger was in the car, as I never used it myself; I always relied on public chargers. I also requested invoices for the home charger (£250) and the tyre (£40) to verify these claims, but haven’t received them yet.
As for the discounts you mentioned, those were occasional promotional offers and not directly related to my deposit or this issue. While I appreciate them, they don’t offset the current problem with my deposit refund.
I would be more than happy to meet in person to review the evidence, as I believe in transparency and fairness. However, without clear proof of the charges you're claiming, it’s difficult to accept these deductions. I hope we can resolve this fairly and promptly.
