Positive: fitter was helpful and door looks good BUT
When door finally arrived after 10 weeks, it didn’t fit. It was too small by 40 mm. Fitter was baffled and wanted to call office. At that point the old door had already been taken out. What would have been the solution? The fitter had no solution. My husband then got some wood and we managed to fit it. The gap was so big we could not put foam in.
I then asked the office to reflect this on the bill as this was not acceptable. I receive a threatening phone call which left me nearly in tears with a guy barking at me, shouting why would I want money off. It was a standard size and had they custom made the door, it would have cost us more. Yes but I would like to have been given the choice. He was so awful.in the end I paid minus 40£ for the wood. But the whole experience was awful. I would never ever advise anyone to use these people.

Crooks. They quoted for 6 doors, then when I tried to place an order they said it was only for 4 garage doors and I needed to pay 50% extra. I have the emails.

I'll be reporting them to Trading Standards next - but have ticked the box that says they'll be informed, so let's see what they have to say for themselves.
