Bought N95 mask from Benessence in June2020, out of ten masks ordered, one mask seal was broken.
However, the product was delivered on time.
The company apologised and refunded my money.

Bought some items from Benessence for first time. Best prices on the market and the items arrived very quickly.
Only thing that was misleading was that their Google advertising said new customers get 10% off first order. Apparently that isn't so and they nothing about this. However they did offer 10% off some other items but not the ones i bought.
