Left little spatters of paint on my interior of my vehicle following paint work carried out.

Car was waiting for parts for months (not the fault of AD Williams) but there was a lack of updates/communication throughout the process & getting hold of anyone to speak to about it was extremely difficult to do which made the experience worse than it needed to be.

They did go out of their way to hand deliver some documents - and this was a big help.

My car came back from repair and the repair was very bad filler and orange pill paint wheel has been kerb but they won't take.fault for it we had to.send it bk for repair again came back for a second time repair ok but front wheel kerb and now can't be bothered to argue the fact very poor service

He then got back to me on the same day with a quotation for the work and by the end of the afternoon the car was booked in for the following week. The whole job was done in 2 days & the car returned to my home address looking as good as new. Thank you!!

Tinkering and painting were excellent but sound system of my car got collapsed at the time of car accident. so you could have got my car tested with the sound specialised technician as it was in your possession almost one month. so I am not satisfied
