Eitex have provided my business with IT support for a number of years and I have always found them to be responsive, and reliable. They provide a first class service, and value for money. The Eitex team are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. One thing that sets them apart from many other support companies is that they own the clients problems and when we recently had a complex problem involving two other third party company's Eitex, took the lead and didn't give up until the issue was resolved.
