"E-wallets"

I've requested crypto withdrawal, but it took too much time. Contacted support, and they've told that there are delays because of technical problems.
So I've used e-wallet and it has been proceeded well.

my experience with them was very bad and they are full of empty promises and ultimately they will let you down !!! They froze my account, asked for more funds and then vanish with it. Lesson learnt anyways never again!!! now i stick with Cloves where payouts are smooth and very legit .. feel blessed

"Cannot open an Demo account, obtaining license?"

I have been trading with a live account with n1cm since July, 2024, no issues until recently when trying to open another demo account, it states: "We are currently in the process of obtaining licenses to operate......"

This surely cannot be good and hence the withdrawal issues!?

2ND ATTEMPT to Close Account. No Withdrawal for over 13 days now. Terms and Conditions are max 5-days. DO NO Invest with N1CM AT ALL! I will be launching a full case and investigation with the appropriate authorities with this group. They should be shutdown. If I could give a Negative 10, I would!!

I have two referalls that have tried to withdraw since November 1 and 5 and still hasn't seen any cent. On Sept 17, their backoffice guaranteed me that it would only take 5 business days and thats after a few weeks of waiting. There is always a reason for delay, this time it's crypto audit, I asked who was doing the audit and no answer was giving. I'll update this as we go along but for now, the absolute worst broker and you should stay away.

Customer service is responsive and great and patient.When it comes to withdrawals it may take minimum 3-5 business days or even more depending on the circumstances but you eventually get paid.

"You Can't Withdraw"

My client and I funded a trading account with N1CM. Wasn't hard to give them money at all. They won't give it back though.
We requested a withdrawal. A week goes by with no movement or emails. So we ask support who says there's a tech issue. That's fine. We wait another week. Still no update or email so we ask again. This time the mysterious tech issue is solved. Great! So we ask when will we receive our funds. The response was "there is no timeline on when we'll send the funds."
My guess is the ETA of the withdrawal is either how every many months it takes us to stop fighting them and forget about it, or never. Please avoid. Sending them any money at all is the same as throwing it away. You won't see that money again.

Worst delays in withdrawals i have ever experienced. They use to process withdrawals in 1 to 3 days max. Now its been 18 days and still nothing. I received multiple excuses from backed up que to system issues. When i reach out to customer service i get a canned response. "my request will be processed when its your turn". Even busy prop firms have better turn times. Some people rely on these funds to pay bills. Unacceptable!!!
