There was a delay in my shipment (courier company not Ergo Desks) and Elaine phoned me to say there was a delay and she had contacted the courier company to escalate the issue and informed me that my parcel should arrive the next day which it did.

The quality of all products purchased is absolutely top-not, belies the cost, I was very nicely blown away! I love my new desk, monitor arms, and PCU holder - what a setup! Over the moon, couldn't recommend more highly :)

I recently purchased an Agility standing desk from Ergo Desks. Both the design and performance of this desk are as good as its advertisement. It's highly a recommended product. In addition, the customer service is great as well, I asked them many questions before deciding on the Agility model. All my questions are answered with patience.
