"Poor Service"

I have been in sales for over 30 years. At a time when I was Carer for my father with dementia and my frail mother I needed a job that would need a few hours work a week.
Rhino Media - media screens, third party advertising, multiple in adverts all at zero cost. Brilliant. What could possibly go wrong!
Initially it was fine. However, the client would lease a ‘media screen’. Which we were informed were top of the range. In fact, they were not. And only worth a few hundred pounds. The CEO Roger focused on selling screens with no hard plans for 3rd party advertisers. There every sale was a liability and not an asset for the customer.
I left 12 months ago but still receive calls from disgruntled customers.
I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Particularly the leasing company they were in business with. Who knew exactly what was happening
All customers should stop payments and take their cases to the ombudsman.
A disgrace that leaves me embarrassed.

I can bear witness to all the 1-star reviews. I applied for a job with Rhino Media Group UK and sat their training course in Harrow to go out into businesses. Firstly we were told on the job advertisement that businesses were enquiring and genuinely wanted help with advertising. We were also told we would be paid a salary but on the course, we were told it was then commission only! Basically the job role ended up going into businesses and trying to sell them a TV screen that advertised some of their key products. As soon as I did a day out in the field I left and never looked back. I couldn't stand the company and how they manipulated small business owners. I've been working in sales for a few years and I know what good sales conduct is. There is a difference between this and harassing businesses to buy a £300-£500 screen whilst incurring £10,000 of debt. Morally wrong and if anyone needs help chasing money from these scammers then I am happy to be a witness to what went on with them.

They are a bunch of cowboys that have made a quick buck out of honest, hard working small, business owners. They have now conveniently gone into liquidation and so are no longer liable to make the payments leaving me to foot the cost of a ridiculous finance contract for a monitor worth £500. If I had known there would have been any risk involved I would not have signed the agreement but I was assured that my money would be safe and was told that Rhino media would never go bust! I have been left to pay £300 a month for a screen that does'nt work properly.
