My last order was not handled as efficiently as in the past. It came in several shipments, items that should have been backordered were not automatically ordered, and I did not receive all the items I wanted. It was very disappointing since I had a deadline so sufficient supplies would be on hand for a craft sale. Luckily I found another source for the product we needed. I hope this was just a one-time problem because I had no trouble with previous orders.
