"Ordered 4 items only received 3"

Ordered 4 items only received 3. Informed they watched CCTV and 4 items were packed but cannot send me any proof. All i required is the missing dress to be sent out but said I need to get a refund and re-order.
Looked online and out of stock. Parcelled with Fedex and received £140 tax and duties bill 2 days after receiving goods, this was for 4 items although only received 3 dressed. Quality of dresses disgraceful, suppose to be blue but are grey, no lining on the dress when you wear can see all chest and back. Sent pictures and numerous details of there refund policy but unhelpful responses, not trying to resolve at all just keep going back to will check warehouse, will check with supplier. Will never order again!

Superb experience , total time from order to international delivery was just a week . It was a large order but all the items arrived and they were all what I expected. Only thing I would say that I had to pay custom duty so be careful with the Total bill and check custom duty rules for international delivery
