"Lack of communication after a bad experience"
Very disappointed with this product. The images portrayed on the website are nothing like what you actually receive and the quality is very poor.
Once I raised my concerns and requested a refund I was emailed to ask for some more photos of my pets so they could get me another mat sent out and of course I complied with this request as I was told a refund would not be authorised and to meet them half way.
I have sent several emails asking for an update on second order and I’ve had no response.
Sadly avoid at all costs is my opinion which is a shame because it could be a really great idea!
Even if no update is available or the order is still in progress an update to advise this would have been most welcome instead of being left in limbo wondering what’s going on

Wait awhile but no one thought it came but not what I was expecting I wanted a door mat not I don’t know what to do with it yet maybe use in kids bedroom as it their dogs which our lovely likeness thank you

I bought 2 of the personalised door mats and was very disappointed in the quality of the product. It is basically a flimsy bath mat and certainly not not value for money. I won’t be recommending this product to anyone

Emma aways really helpful answering all the queries I had. Their response times for emails was also very quick which surprised me as most companies take 72 hours plus.
All my questions and queries were resolved better than I was expecting.
Very happy with the service and I would highly recommend :)
