At first we thought that getting this loan was going to easy, but when we hit a bump in the road Janette Heyl ( the person we were working with ) was right there with the answer and how to fix it. We could call Janette any day or time we needed her and she would ALWAYS return our calls or answer the e-mail we would send her. Janette we right there from the first day to the day of closing. It felt good knowing that the person on the other end of the phone knew what she was doing and not trying to blow smoke. After he submitted a proposal I had 10 questions that I supplied in an email. I made it clear that I wanted answers in writing because I had been lied to my other reverse mortgage lenders. Dave called me not once but twice and told me he would answer my questions over the phone; that he did not have time to type my answers. I DO NOT TRUST DAVE.
