I had my operation just a few weeks ago. I was very worried about the process but the clinic eased my worries significantly... They assured me about the safety of the procedure and the hotel room they booked for me was really good. The transportation was punctual. The medical team was very careful and they kept asking me if I had any pain. There was a translator with me during the day and also the next day during my first wash and he explained me everything I needed to know and answered all my questions professionally. I can contact the team any time on Whatsapp and they answer my questions very quickly. I wouldn't have felt so safe if it wasn't for their care and attention.

I was worried about my pick of clinic for my hair transplant. I was back and forth between the clinics in my area or those in Turkey. But I went for this clinic as I have seen that they are very qualified for this job with a lot of experience from the past years. Organization was perfect! They picked me up from the airport and put me in a really comfortable hotel. I wasn't sure if the hotel they provide would be that good but I mean I couldn't have found a better one myself. The hospital is very clean and tidy. The team is friendly. The translator at the hospital during my operation was very explanatory and knows what she's talking about. They check on me regularly to see my progress and answer all my questions. Really happy so far!

"Couldn't be more satisfied..."

I had a very good experience and now a nicer head. The people there are very professional, there was a dedicated person with me the whole time to help me and give me all the information throughout the operation step by step and on demand. All my transfers and hotel where arranged and I had nothing to worry about. I was also added in a whatsapp group that has helped me with EVERYTHING from pick-up times to instructions for medicine, wash routines, questions you name it, and they did that a month prior my operation and still after now its the 10th day and I get an update every two days with instructions. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you to all the people involved.

I am very happy with these guys! I have been self conscious about my hair for years but I was always discouraged to have hair transplantation. The consultation before the operation was very attentive and caring and it made me feel more sure about it. They listened to me and gave me the best hair option. The medical team and my consultant at the hospital were very friendly and nice to me. They also follow up after the operation regularly and answer every question I have. I completed my first 3 months and there is no complication at all.
