Poor or no response to my enquiries and concerns. Conveyancing for a house sale should be simple and done in a timely manner. I do not know why I am dealing with the York office and not the local Sidcup office, unless the staff have moved en masse to Sidcup.

Thank you Karen, and I will respond, though it's too late to deal with the unnecessary lack of progress in the last few weeks, meaning I now cannot complete the sale until January.

Thank you to RG Law for making our first home purchase a success. Amy Edwards not only provided an amazing service throughout, answering any questions we had as first time buyers but she genuinely cares about her clients and is a very down to earth person.

A bit of background on our move: we put in an offer on our first home in February 2024 which fell through to no fault of RG Law. We then moved onto our 2nd property in April which dragged out for 6 months, again no fault of RG Law, so we pulled out and made an offer on our 3rd property (& now new home) and RG Law (Amy & her team) did all they could to turn this around quickly for us and we completed in 9 weeks!

"I expressed my disappointment"

I expressed my disappointment, as a client, towards RG Law earlier on. I also want to share here that I contacted one of the Directors at RG Law called Tina Khanna, on 2 March 2023 on LinkedIn, who completely ignored my message.

Yes, RG Law responded to my earlier review written here using the excuse that the company has moved on with related staff already left the company. However, related stakeholders and customers might want to know about the 'real soul' of RG Law leadership who is steering the law firm. When a client is desperate enough to contact one of the partners, it is a very bad example by ignoring the message!

It is your choice if you're reading this review. York has many solicitors' firms. I personally will never use RG Law again although I am considering buying another property in York again.
