Turned up on time, fixed fault within 2 mins, conducted full service in under an hour, extremely happy with the service provided

Very friendly and prompt, kept updated on the arrival of engineer, swift service in terms of booking and attendance. I was surprised the boiler service took 20 minutes, safety check and cleaning of filter, appreciate it is a relatively new boiler, but then expensive for 20 minutes worth of attendance. However would recommend for the positives

Good job done, but overpriced. Most plumbing jobs start at £50/hr this started with £90 for 1st hrs followed by £80 when revisited on same day to replace toilet pump unit which added a further £60. Total £170 +vat + £60 for part, over £250. Time on job 1hr45m.
