I ordered two items, same order - one order arrived on time and the other never showed up. Upon emailing asking about the product I was told there was an issue with the address and I would have to go pick the product up. They were NOT willing to correct the address and have it delivered. I opted to dispute my credit card charges and will never order from this company again.

I ordered the wrong size vest and atemped return for an exchange. No customer service phone number and the email response to problems did not work on the Overhalfsale site would not recognize my order number. This left me with no options to make exchange. This is unfair to customers and not a good business practice. Very unhappy with this order.

"Do Not Recommend!! Very Dissapointed!"
I ordered two separate orders over a month ago. I still have not received a shipping confirmation, or a tracking number, or anything regarding my purchase besides the original confirmation on both orders. I am receiving new sale offers (which I did not want), but nothing pertaining to my order. I emailed this company a few weeks ago asking where my purchase was and I received no response what-so-ever. The FAQ page stated orders should arrive within 2 to 5 business days and I still have not received mine, over a month later. I am very disappointed, especially because I spent nearly $100. I’m nearly to the point where I will be disputing these charges. As my first experience with this conpany, and an order I was really looking forward to, I do not recommend purchasing any merchandise from this company.
