Mein besonderer Dank gilt an alle bei Vanity nach meiner Augenlidstraffung. Insbesondere die Betreuung durch Frau Yasemin Akca war sehr professionell und makellos. Sie hat sich die ganze Woche lang täglich um mich gekümmert. So wie es man sich als Patient vorstellt. Wären noch mehr Sterne verfügbar, hätte sie diese auch bekommen. Vielen Dank nochmal

It’s my second time at vanity clinic for a reason. I felt in good hands at all times. Not only did my doctor Dr. Can Zeliha a great job, but also Irem (as my contact person) made me feel so comfortable about my whole stay and beyond. I can’t thank the whole staff enough. Fully recommend!

"Worse experience - DO NOT BOOK WITH VANITY OR ONUR MERT!!"

Worse experience I’ve ever had booked in for Buccal fat removal and chin lipo with dr Bugra ipek. The surgeon is lovely but his team such as his assistant ONUR MERT he is a money making scam artist! They have no organisation, the team are so unaware of what is going on and I fully advise you to stay away from vanity hospital and this team for any procedures. I paid a £100 deposit for my local anasthetic treatment of chin lipo and buccal fat which they couldn’t do until a report from the cardiologist confirmed I could go ahead (which I paid an extra £60 for) - which I will not be refunded and now the assistant ONUR MERT is saying I need to pay an extra £750 to change hospital because I need a hospital with an intensive care unit. This is not true as the cardiologist I spoke to confirmed the all go ahead - along with onur and his team after the report was done!

I am very satisfied and happy for the treatment, the attention, the professionalism received. Had a hair transplant at vanity in December 2024, couldn’t recommend enough! The staff were really lovely and my consultant Umut was very helpful with translating for me and checking up on me! Stoked to see the final result in the next 12 months 🙏🏽

Couldn't have asked for a better experience everything was though off!! From the drivers to the nurses to the surgeon was exceptional.. A big thanks to Ayse who made the whole vist as effortless as could be and to Dr semih Yildiz for a quality procedure! Highly recommended thanks again.

Extremely well organised, from the moment I arrived in Istanbul. I ended up wanting to head back to the U.K a few days sooner than anticipated whilst in recovery (I generally wouldn’t recommend going alone for a procedure abroad, it’s not pleasant), but İrem was very supportive and made that work. Dr Erman Menekşe was very conservative and the results will be natural, subtle. I can’t complain.

I had rhinoplasty, breast lift and implant surgeries at this hospital. My surgeries were operated by Dr. Mert Sızmaz, and I am extremely satisfied. I chose him based on a recommendation from my friend, who had previously undergone surgery from him, and because during the consultation, he understood me very well and provided clear information about the procedures. After the surgeries, I stayed at the hospital for one night. The nurses were helpful and friendly. I spent the following week resting at home, and my experience consultant, Mr. Umut, provided prompt and satisfactory answers to all my questions. It has been 10 days since my surgeries, and so far, I am very pleased.

I would like to express my gratitude to my doctor, my consultant, and the entire hospital team who took care of me.

From the moment I landed at the airport and was picked up, I felt completely safe and trusted everyone I was around. I loved that each patient is assigned their own Patient Coordinator, who is always available to provide any kind of information you might need. Everyone who works there is incredibly kind and professional—I felt I could trust the nurses, surgeons, Patient Coordinators, and everyone else at Vanity. Overall, I would rate this experience 5 stars because they truly make it a pleasant journey, and the results are amazing.
