"Coupon Codes They Sent Me Didn't Work"

I ordered some shorts from them and the sizing was totally off. Their size guide said that I should get an XL, but when it arrived it was too small. Also, with my order they sent me a postcard with a coupon code. I tried to enter the coupon code when I ordered a jacket on several different occasions but it wouldn't work. I contacted the company support a few times about this and they simply didn't care. They said just to call, but I live out of the country.
