Really good customer service. I had questions about my order and it was answered with care. Fairly fast delivery but packet was open so better packing needed.

Unfortunately you pay for next day delivery is the 3 day now and didn't receive the order do not trust and pay for next day delivery it a big lie they only take your money.

I ordered 2 large hairbrushes. They sent a medium and a large. The customer service was really frustrating. They kept calling me by the wrong name, getting muddled about what the problem was (it wasn't complicated!) and it took 5 emails over 3 weeks to persuade them to give me a stingy partial refund. (Eventually they offered a 50% refund, which I accepted, but actually they only refunded £5.99 of my order which cost £32.37. They hadn't explained they meant 50% of the cost of one brush excluding VAT, post and packing charges.)

Wasn’t sure if it was real… Order using my credit card incase! But my order arrived before I expected and the product was exactly what I ordered. Cheapest place I could find. Some would order anything here again (providing it was the best deal available)
