"KJB Tool Hire - A friendly breath of fresh air!"

Struggled to locate a plant hire firm late on a Saturday and with a quick online search discovered KJB Tool Hire. What a great discovery and breath of fresh air from the usual plant firms and travelling across Notts to collect. Kristian answered the phone straight away and offered a solution for that afternoon, even arranging to meet me to hand over the item between his planned route. The breaker was brand new and performed well beyond expected having used similar beforehand. The Dewalt 240v Breaker came with RCD and was that efficient I completed the concrete section in about an hour which saved my Sunday from a world of pain! Kristian promptly arranged to collect Sunday am and collected as agreed. Excellent service and very friendly and knowledgable, will certainly be using again and hopefully in the future maybe half day hire would be possible.

We hired a fence post borer which was delivered on time to our address. Use of tool explained thoroughly. The rubbish weather held us back from using this for a couple of days but came in extremely handy when the weather subsided. We were contacted through the middle of the hire to see how we were getting on and was contacted the day before collection with a time. Slight delay on collection day but was messaged and updated. Great communication and price. Deposit was refunded immediately. Would use again in future if needed.

"I hired a turf cutter"

I hired a turf cutter, and it was delivered right on time to my home. Unfortunately, the weather had been quite wet, making the job a bit tougher with all the mud, but the turf cutter performed brilliantly. At one point, the chain came off, so I sent a photo to Kristian. He responded immediately and arranged for a replacement machine within just three hours. The new one had a slightly different system, but Kristian was fantastic—he guided me through it via Messenger and even gave me a hand over WhatsApp video. As a bonus, I ended up getting a couple of extra days on the hire, which was a lovely surprise! Top lad, highly recommended. Already looking for my next hire.
