"Products are amazing but customer service needs work."

Have usually had really great performance with tenstile products. Take their tents everywhere. However the 2nd to last shipment was missing one easily replaceable small item which they said is on the way due to faulty box. But the most recent shipment was missing a large item. Matters made worse when voicemails are not returned and correspondence is done spotily thorough occassional email. Their products are great but kind of feel like I'm getting the run around from their customer support.

Rob was awesome, he helped smooth out the problem I had with outdoor play and the timing of the order. I’m sorry but I forgot the girl’s name I chatted with after him. The whole staff is top notch.
