I have used this company three times now, each time I was really impressed with their service! I cant praise them enough!
I ordered a small wooden rubber stamp for personal use and it arrived fast and was really well made. I have ordered custom self-inking stamps for work and, considering they are coming from Germany, each time they have arrived really quick in fact faster than some I have ordered from the UK!! I ordered a stamp with my Mam's small business logo on it for her for Christmas. It arrived this morning and we couldn't be happier with it; very impressed with how it captured such small details. It looks very professional. I also ordered an ink pad and it's great- fast drying and not blotchy at all. I ordered it on Dec 2nd and it arrived Dec 12th. Happy customer :)

I placed several orders with stamp factory for wooden rubber stamps, these arrived very quickly and were of good quality. Pricing was fair, in fact low for UK. I did have a problem with a duplication and word spacing. This was immediately corrected and sent out free of charge. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of product and level of service.
