** UPDATE TO HERBSPRO RESPONSE: Please note that they never mentioned 1 time their apology for the rude, obnoxious, unprofessional manner in which their csr treated this customer. They were only concerned with the fact that the item was FINALLY delivered 5 days AFTER it was suppose to be here( though they never mentioned the fact that it was 5 days LATE. Their attempt at excusing their behavior , bad customer service & acting as though being 5 days late was acceptable ,& it taking them 13 days to make a response to my review surly does not help their case. ** I wish I would have read ALL the BAD REVIEWS before ordering from them. I am sticking to the fact that I Would NOT recommend this company. I ordered on March 2nd. I have received several emails from HerbsPro stating that my item was shipped on 2 different days. Then, I receive several emails from DHL,stating 1 delivery date ( 1 day BEFORE HerbsPro's email stating it had been shipped, with a delivery date of March 7th . March 7th comes & I receive another email that now, it will be here on the 8th. Today is the 8th. I called HerbsPro asking about shipment & explaining that I have received numerous emails from both HerbPro & DHL & the 2 different shipping dates ( stated from HP) & the so far, 2 delivery dates from DHL. UGH! Now, as of 2 hrs ago, HerbsPro stated 3/13 as a delivery date. SMH. 1st- what takes HerbsPro 4 days to send out a little bottle? 2nd- what takes 11 days to get from Hayward, CA to Tucson, AZ which is only 11 hrs away? I find Herbs Pro very unprofessional. When I called, not only did the customer rep make excuse after excuse ( not 1 legitimate reason ) for why it would ever take them 4 days to ship something, when I told her that I had several emails & would be more than willing to read to her what I have been told- she didnt appreciate that. Hm. Also, I was told that the DHL emails ( ALL OF THEM) were scams. LOL really? Again I offered to read the emails & was told" How do I know that those are true emails, when I cannot see them? I responded with , O'nice , now Im a lier.I would not recommend this company above all other reasons for the fact that No responsibility was taken by them , She was very unprofessional & How dare she insinuate that I was not being honest about having all these emails. I am hoping that the product I ordered is a good one. Having had the experience I have, I now doubt everything about this company. I hope no one else has a negative experience however, I am beyond sure this will not be the case. Beware. * My conversation with customer service is recorded should anyone like to hear it. :-)
