The wrong item was sent. I called the company and it is a huge hassle to have this fixed. The product was for my newborn and it’s too time consuming to print a label, pack it up and find time to ship it back. I won’t be purchasing from the website again.

I ordered an item from this store and over a week later I got no shipping notification. The website says they ship same day or a few days after. I emailed them asking why my order had not shipped and they took days to respond. They informed me it was out of stock. They didn't tell me any of this when i ordered and would probably have taken my money if i did not press the matter. Never order from this website.

My first transaction I had to request cancel after 12 days waiting with no shipping notification. I reached out and they said some of the items I ordered was oos and waiting to restock before they ship. I gave them another chance with 2nd order. This time they missed one of the item and when I reach out they said item was out of stock. They ended refund the oos item, but I rather have it ship since I paid shipping fee. Good price but high shipping fee, shipping take up to 10 days. they don’t notify you anything until you reach out asking about it.
