Everything was great except the slow prep to ship. It is not good that you send "your order has shipped" notice when the reality is that you have initiated paperwork and dont actually ship for days. I am very aware how this works, I worked for a very large industrial distribution company for years. You come across as less than forthcoming at best. The good companies that I do business with ship when they say they do. One day delay from the announcement to me and actual shipping.
This is not the end of the world, but you said you wanted the truth, this is it. If you want to increase customer satisfaction and trust, get real with your shipping.
