"Good customer service"

Good customer service. The representative was very helpful in finding the melatonin from Natrol which I required. Product was shipped out the very next day. Would definitely revisit the company in the future!

"Poor packaging, broken bottle and no replacement"

Very disappointed with this company and their customer service. I ordered 3 bottles of Solgar liquid calcium with magnesium and vitamin D, as I can't swallow tablets. They arrived in a box, with each bottle wrapped in a single layer of low quality bubble wrap. One of the bottles had broken and the contents were all over the box and the other bottles. I sent photos and asked that they send a replacement bottle as I needed the product. They responded that they had sent it to the refund department and I again noted that I wanted a replacement bottle sent, not a refund. Next thing that happened was I received a refund for the cost of 1 bottle. However the postage was more than the cost of the item - about $47+ for 3 bottles that were $11.99 each. I emailed again and was told they couldn't send a replacement as they had already issued a refund, but that I should get some refund for postage. However I heard nothing more. I will never order from this company again. The packaging was totally inadequate for posting overseas, the postage was exorbitant, and when it arrived broken customer service was woeful and did not send a replacement bottle as requested.

The day after posting this review they contacted me and said they have now processed a refund for the postage.
They said they have a policy not to send replacements outside the USA due to shipping costs. I think this is an unfortunate policy when the reason for needing a replacement was due to a fault of theirs with inadequate packaging. However they did at least refund the relevant postage as well as the item cost, following this review.
