After trying to sell my house with a high street agent, I thought I would give South Manchester Homes a go. I am so pleased I did. The fixed fee was an obvious plus point, but the service was so much better too. Jonathan was excellent. He was very straight forward about everything and would regularly phone to keep me updated or just check everything was okay. I particularly like the fact that you have 24:7 access with information about the level of interest in our property I felt confident in his advise and am now Sold STC. I have already recommended South Manchester Homes to someone else and my experience so far has been very positive.

The set fee of £1,500 really helped me plan my finances for the move and there where no hidden costs. Such a better black and white approach instead of percentage fees dependent on sold price.
