What a horrible game. They do what they can to take your money. I active for a week and they had an event that took all the $150 I spent on this game. Do not play unless you what them to take your money.

"Platform appears good but poor support and technical issues let it down"
Appears to be a good platform and has some interesting features but is plagued with unreliability, poor support and opaque pricing.
Things stop working with no indication of why or prior warning. This is no good when you have lots of users wanting to use the system - reliability is key and unfortunately, envoy falls short of the mark. Support response times are slow and not always helpful.
The pricing model appears to have changed recently but its impossible to get a clear answer of what subscription is needed to achieve our goals. Eventually we got locked out with a screen demanding we delete users to continue or upgrade. However, you can't get to the upgrade (or cancel subscription) screens without first deleting users from the account. Poorly thought through user flows are regrettably common in Envoy.
After 7 technical issues with the platform, including unable to use their chat support tool we decided to pull the plug and go with another provider.

"Great Product/Predatory Pricing"
Adding an additional PRINTER to my existing "Premium" license costs more that a new license. HUH‽ Envoy thinks anyone with more than one entrance to their company needs to be an Enterprise customer. Very bad pricing model built only to upsell. Paying to undisable core functions of the software is total BS.
12/09 Thank you for your response. I spoke with my account rep, his supervisor, and your VP of Sales in October. They were not able to change this.

"Envoy is easy to use and guests expect it"
Envoy is great for signing in guests, they even expect it, but we also use it for our local county covid guidelines, it's been great! We have it integrated with our badging/access system so that no one can skirt the rules and we all feel safer.

This review for Technical support Mr. Kolapo. He was excellent trouble shooting the issues that i have at Merlin-intl that i could fix with the Envoy Visitors and the printer. He helped me set up the Envoy on the iPad and the printer. He also help set up with IP on the devices. Great Job Kolapo!

"Some random issues"
Some random issues, such as after two years Logo suddenly won't appear on iPad; If a visitor did not sign out on previous day(s) they do not appear as "visitors on site" only those who logged in on current day do.
Recommendation for improvement: when entering drivers license have prompt for the state, then type in number.

"Great for employee health verifications"
We have been using Envoy to verify the health/vaccination status of both employees and visitors for our office. The desk assignment feature is also helpful in this new Work From Home era. By assigning hotel desks to employees who only come to the office infrequently, we are able to accommodate their needs without expanding our current desk resources.
