"This is a bogus website"

This is a bogus website! They send you a link that doesn't work and charge you anyway on your credit card! Tried to call the phone number and it is not even a working number. I disputed the charge and blocked them!

Activation keys do not work. Microsoft error codes and messages say that the product they sold me was unlicensed, invalid, or expired and I should get a refund from the reseller.
Dont waste your time and money on this scam.

Remains to be seen. I have just contacted the company to have some questions answered. I'm a little skeptical because the product doesn't have a license key. It's registered with a username and password, so I wanted to find out more information. I tried to email "support" and they told me to chat, but didn't send a link in the email, so that's kind of weird so I found the webpage and contacted customer support. I'll update my review if they contact me back.

1. How are you able to sell the subscriptions so inexpensively?
2. This appears to be a subscription and not license based software, what's to stop you from canceling the subscription and leaving your customers without access to their software?
3. It appears that your domain is only 2 months old. Have you operated under other domains previously?

I had absolutely ZERO problems downloading this companies Microsoft Office Professional Plus. It was easy and completed in less than 20 minutes. It was very reasonably priced at $49.99 and I greatly appreciated the lack of drama with the download. I would definitely recommend.

"I bought a new desktop computer…"

I bought a new desktop computer "Windows 10" in June this year. I have been unable to use it most of the time because the start button does not open programmes. I have phoned both PC world, where I bought it and Microsoft continuously in an attempt to get support but there is no phone, chat, email or any other support available. What I have found instead is that millions of people are writing on-line that they are also experiencing the same problem and like me, they are not able to access support of any kind. I would strongly recommend to anyone considering buying Windows 10 to search the market for something else. Microsoft has gone from bad to worse over the last ten years and they cannot keep using the excuse of COVID-20 to cover their support ABSENCE when they are still selling Windows 10 without any problem

"Fraudulent Purchases"

Attempted to report fraudulent purchases on my credit card (7 purchases worth 650 dollars in 15 minutes) and in turn was accused of making false accusations. I wouldn't trust making a purchase through this company!!

The initial install instructions that were emailed did not work. I emailed their support with the error message and received updated instructions that worked.

"Non Working Product Key Microsoft Office 2019"

Unfortunately, this program did not work for me. I purchased this program based on the reviews but after installing this program Microsoft kindly told me that it was an unauthorized account. According to their website you can call them and they can help you but that didn't happen for me. Not only did they not return my call they didn't even return my email. It has been two weeks that this program doesn't work nor have they tried to reach me via phone or email. I would not recommend ordering from them.
