I don’t usually write reviews. However I had to share my experiences with Ellie and Marco. These people are heaven sent! My wife and I used them to get a D7 and also a nomad visa. My wife and I hired them as a friend of ours referred them. They have helped from start to finish. Ellie would even calm my anxiety when I was worried about the massive paperwork. Marco drove us around looking at flats and gave honest opinions about each one. When we found the right one he even took us to a celebratory lunch. The personal touches are wonderful. So happy they have made our dream of moving to Portugal a reality!

The Facebook site, ‘Expats moving to Portugal’ run by Ellie Rose, is the only one I recommend to others as I can guarantee it always contains accurate information - a rarity on the internet. I can honestly say that my experience with Praia Club has been refreshingly honest and 100% positive. I’d recommend them to anyone planning a relocation to Europe. They are truly a breath of fresh air.

While I have not paid for services from Praia club, I have posted questions on their FB page and received quick and reliable answers. If I run into problems down the road, I will hire them. The fact that they respond to questions on their FB page without telling you to contact them directly or pushing their services speaks volumes. I am not not sure howany people are in the company, but Ellie is the person with whom I have interacted. Helpful and a giving person in times when everyone wants to make a quick dollar/euro.

"Beware of Praia Club: Unreliable Service and Lack of Communication"

I recently engaged Praia Club's services to assist with my D8 visa application, for which I paid a hefty sum of 2300 EUR upfront. However, my experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.

Despite my initial optimism, I have encountered nothing but silence and unresponsiveness from Praia Club. After making the payment, I have received no updates, no acknowledgment of receipt, and no response to my numerous attempts to reach out to them for clarification or assistance.

Furthermore, I want to make it clear that I will not hesitate to open a dispute with my bank to seek a refund for the payment made to Praia Club. Additionally, I am prepared to involve law enforcement authorities to address this matter and hold Praia Club accountable for their negligence and poor service.

Moving to a new country is exciting but filled with questions and paperwork. Ellie Rose and her team provide answers and support, throughout the entire process. You can hire them to carry you through the mountains of paperwork and rules or you can simply use their free amazing resources to do it yourself. Whatever you decide, Ellie is there providing hours of free, live support during her question and answer sessions on facebook, , she has also answered our questions in private chats. We have been in Portugal for almost 3 weeks now on a D -7 visa and I assure you we would not be here without her amazing services. Thanks Ellie💫

Ellie Rose and Praia Club are PHENOMENAL!!!! Moving to another country is the most significant decision one or a family can make. From January-March, the application process (for us it was a very dense documented experience), legal issues, tax structures questions and pet transport connections, Ellie Rose became our guide and our muse and held our hands through it ALL. When I woke up in the middle of the night with “Oh my goodness what about….” she was there. When my mind persevered on, “But what if…” questions in the early evening (Ellie Rose’s middle if the night) she was there. WHEN I sent stupid memes about my anxiety she was there and she laughed!
