I’ve done various laptop upgrades before but never replaced a broken screen. After researching in the web I found this supplier and their website was full of information about doing the task. It even went into great details on how to order the exact replacement that I needed. Ordered over the weekend, the screen arrived on Tuesday morning in a well packaged box and I was able to fit it with no trouble at all. I don’t know if it’s me but the new screen seems much more brighter than the old one and I’m really happy with it. I thoroughly recommend the company. Thanks for making it so easy and saving me a fortune had I gone to a place to have it repaired.

Eventually, the product was delivered on Dec. 3rd. It is a pity that crossing the Channel took twice the time of procuring another product from... China. UK seems nowadays literally farther away from the other side of the world. So if you have the choice, think twice.
That said, product was well packaged and installed seamlessly. Nick was prompt to answer emails, as well as the customer service. But, I still believe it's better not to have to contact customer service.
Suggestion to the company: change carrier.

"I recently purchased a replacement LCD…"

I recently purchased a replacement LCD display from the UK, and it’s been fantastic! The display fit perfectly, and I went for an upgraded resolution from 1920x1080 to 2560x1440 (or thereabouts), which has significantly boosted the screen clarity.

The connector was straightforward and worked well. However, a word of caution for anyone installing it themselves: there’s an ultra-thin strip connecting the webcam, and if it’s slightly misaligned, it can cause a short circuit. Unfortunately, I learned this the hard way, so I’m now left with a partially assembled laptop that may need a professional fix.

Aside from this, the display itself is flawless and has made a huge improvement. Just be sure to handle those tiny connectors with extra care!

I ordered the wrong item, my mistake, Customer Services quickly advised me on correct screen. I received the replacement in less than 24 hours!
