I usually receive a repeat prescription for my dogs medication from Animed. I was due a repeat prescription for start of January 2025. No prescription was received and despite numerous emails and endless telephone calls 10 days later, I am still no further forward.
I have absolutely no confidence in Animed any longer and have actually found another provider and they are cheaper for the medication required with a very quick turnaround.
I would not recommend Animed as their customer service is appalling and a telephone service that lets you listen and choose the the department you require then tells you they are busy and they disconnect the call. Stay well clear!

"Animeds prescription system"
Been using Animed for years for my cats Thyroid meds but a few times now when I email my prescription over, they always have some issue with it. ie its cropped, the print is faint or the image is not straight, etc, its absolutely ridiculous as there is nothing wrong with image sent. Its been nearly 2 weeks now and they still havent despatch my cats meds, will probably ask for a refund and go elsewhere. They need to relook at sorting out the prescription system its clearly not run well. Shame.

I have previously received an excellent service from this company but having placed my order on 24 December and spoke with a customer service advisor on 30 December, I am still waiting for my cat’ s insulin so I had to request an emergency prescription from my vets.
I was advised that my order would be despatched on 3 January ( shipping is over £7) and tried telephoning again to hear from the voice recorder that they are not taking calls. Please sort this out - Christmas and snow delays cannot explain this poor service.
