"Appalling service"

Appalling service, poor customer service, prescription received 16.12.24, medication not dispatched until 30.12.24, apparently they were awaiting the prescription from the vets. The vets had proof sent on the 16th confirming receipt. I have used this company for years, but it’s time for a change. I value my pet’s health above everything and always order in good time but let down very badly…
