Originally sent out prescription for wrong cat. When pointed out to them, I was promised it would be corrected. It wasn’t! Hence I was told by Animed that there were no further meds due under the prescription I had provided. I requested they double check and upon doing so they discovered that they were wrong. The earlier error had not been corrected despite being told it had been. So I could’ve been out of pocket financially and potentially without meds just before Xmas. I asked for an investigation, got a load of meaningless flannel by customer service and a final email just admitting what I knew that, they hadn’t corrected the earlier error - but no explanation for why that was the case. No due diligence on their part and worrying that they have got a prescription wrong.
