"Great company, fantastic service "

I honestly can't praise this company highly enough, they were outstanding from start to finish, the wardrobes arrived when advised. The delivery company were excellent as well and assisted me with unloading on the 1 day it actually snowed over winter! The wardrobes were really easy to assemble and install, i managed to do it all myself as a fairly competent DIY'er. Definitely easier if you have 2 people, especially for the bridging units and moving the double wardrobes in to position, but i managed on my own, just take your time with it. The wardrobes feel solid and i like that they have the proper 18mm backs to them. There were a couple of minor issues, as can happen sometimes, but Matt was fantastic in resolving them and answering any queries i had, it was also great value as well.

Chose this company because of the flexibility on offer meaning I could fit what I needed into the space I had. They had great choice of styles and colours. They talked through my order with me to make sure it was right. The furniture was delivered within a few weeks and the delivery company was very contactable and able to schedule with us. I was delighted with the quality of the furniture - so solid. It went together very well and looks great. A couple of niggles around the quality of the instructions (but I got great advice on the phone) and there was one error with the order but a refund was given for this promptly. Great value. Great experience.

"Good quality furniture but not so great aftersales"

Ordered and was called to arrange delivery, delivery was great - driver was very helpful to unload.

Furniture quality generally very good and was easy to fit. Only negative was I was missing some of the rafix connector housing in one panel. I sent an email and did not receive a response, no answer to phone call either. Ended up finding the items on ebay and buying them directly.

I have had two sets of wardrobes from DIY Fitted bedrooms and they beat firms like Sharps on quality and price. They are very robust, easy to put together and will last a long time. I had a Sharps fitted bedroom installed many years ago and when I came to replace it I noticed that it wasn't installed all that well and the materials were quite poor. I replaced it because the colour had faded and become patchy and it was literally falling to pieces. I have had no problems with customer service and the delivery was on time, even last year as we were recovering from Covid. My next project might be the kitchen so watch this space. On the whole you will find it hard to find cheaper and better quality furniture anywhere else.
