I had a mixed experience with House of Lor. The jewellery is undeniably beautiful and feels high-quality, and delivery was prompt. However, the online ordering process could be smoother, and I didn’t receive a confirmation email for my purchase, which would have given me peace of mind. Additionally, unexpected fees like a handling charge from UPS made the overall cost higher than anticipated. While the service was good, there’s room for improvement in transparency and user experience.

However there was a handling fee from UPS which was unexpected. Which I had to pay to cover transport. Please update your website to ensure customers are aware that free transport does not mean free transport. And at the charge of £42 it was 30% more than the original cost of £150.
