it was a really long order with many complications (due to customs in Hong Kong not accepting any masks), but despite all of that and even when I lost all hope to receive anything - support person (on instagram account) showed lots of care and attention in this tricky case and helped to change the order for different items. I really appreciate that and finally received the package today and really happy with the items :)

Ordered the dusk hoodie (only later did I realise the photos used are taken from another site), it arrived: stitching is inconsistent and messy, hood straps completely different shade of green from photos, material is thin like satin (photos show thicker material) and on top of that, too small for a large. I've ordered clothes on other sites with no issues using my measurements.

I sent an request for return via PayPal which is under review, which I only sent *after* no reply from Clotech's email. Clotech's response at first via PayPal was 'too bad' basically. Then they said if I returned the item (they provided an address via PayPal) they'll issue a refund. I did and provided a shipping number as advised.

They've since deleted their input from the PayPal case, written me an email outside of PayPal saying they've never sent me a return address, etc.

Basically these guys are giving me the run around to take my money and sell knock off items and use images from other sites not of they're own.

Avoid at all costs.
