I recently bought 4 sheets of polycarbonate sheet and 5 glazing bars. A small order, but was given unfaultering service. I called to check delivery before placing my online order, the lady I spoke to was fantastic, friendly, helpful, perfect. She advised about lead times knowing my postcode. I placed the order online and had email confirmation etc as you would expect. Date of delivery was stated, but I wanted to see if I could get an idea of am/pm delivery on the morning of stated delivery. I called the office, spoke to a man on delivery/sales I can't remember and he looked to find info for me from courier. He couldn't find it, but said let me go and look and I'll call you back. After 10 minutes or so he did call me back and gave me the info I required, again with manners, politeness and "normal" language. Both members of staff I spoke to sounded genuinely like they wanted to help me. I was so impressed with the service, which realistically is how all companies should be, that I had to leave a review. Great communication and polite people with patience and great service leads to perfect results.
