Danette Foster was very professional and shared a lot of her real life real estate experience with her class. She was always on time and ready to start her class teaching her students.

I didn't like how the videos are long due to constant telling a back story or side tracking on the task on hand, personally i felt like it should of been to the point instead of background information, short to the point.

I really enjoyed the live examples that were used in the class. Real examples helped us apply what we were learning.

My teacher was great, kept students engaged during class and did a wonderful job of describing the material being taught.

"My instructor did not do a great job"

My instructor did not do a great job. The classes are only 3.5 hours long, but we had at least 3 breaks lasting around 20-25 minutes each, with the instructor leaving the classroom for the duration of the breaks. We did not get through all the chapters before the class ended. The math is extremely complicated and we didn’t even go over Chapter 17. I had to make up two classes and they were with Vic Valenti and he was Awesome, I wish he was my instructor. I got through this class looking at the prerecorded video with Sam who did an Awesome job also. If it wasn’t for Vic and Sam, I would have given it one star.
