Very happy with my desk. Mine needed to be 600m wide with a bespoke top, which Rik arranged for me. Good communication from order to delivery. Easy enough to follow the installation instructions. The timber top looks fantastic and is well made along with the rest of the product.

I originally purchased a sit/stand desk from Ikea. For one reason and another, and after several weeks of waiting, it failed to arrive. And now, I am so pleased it didn't - thank you Ikea!

I stumbled across HADO - and bingo - within a day of ordering, my desk had arrived. I put it together in 30 minutes and have been enjoying it now for a couple of weeks. The build quality is superb and the desktop is elegant. I went for the anthracite finish and it looks very smart. Communication from the company including samples of finishes they sent was excellent. I can't fault the product or service. If you're after quality, pay a little more and buy yourself peace of mind - and joy!

This company has been absolutely fantastic. I ordered the HD2 desk and unfortunately it had slight damage on it on arrival. The manner in which they addressed the issue (collect the original and send a replacement) was outstanding. Rick and Lewis have been absolutely superb throughout and I can't recommend them enough. Excellent quality desk. Very sturdy, well constructed. The "Timber" wood finish looks very nice. It took a while to assemble, but really this is a quality product.

I read a few reviews on here, and the customer service was rating very highly.

I had been looking at a desk/worktop combo that was not an option, so I actually clicked on the 'chat' section and enquired about getting what I wanted. It was Saturday evening at 5:45 when I sent the inquiry, not thinking I would get a response until Monday morning. I got one 5 minutes later, confirming my bespoke order would be fine, just stick it in the comments/notes.

The order was placed the following day, Rick (who responded to me on Saturday evening) messaged to let me know all was well and let me know they would be in touch on Monday with shipping details. As promised, they were.

Delivery was to be Tuesday or Wednesday, that is what I was told initially.

The courier was not going to make Tuesday, so I was informed as such at a reasonably early time. Delivery was the following morning.

My experience was top drawer, beyond expectation on the service. The actual goods were the quality that I expected (high end), so I have only focused on the service, as that is where the credit to this company belongs.
