I recently had my eyebrows done with Gemma at the Yorkshire clinic. To start off what a gorgeous clinic! Gemma my chosen technician made me feel at ease and was extremely professional. She worked with me to create the perfect brow, and talked me through the process step by step. I have never been so pleased with a beauty treatment. They have made me so confident when not wearing makeup! Couldn’t thank the team at Karen Betts Professional enough. Would highly recommend.

"Unskilled , ruined my face"

No empathy or professionalism towards hair loss sufferers. Just rented a room in Harley street. Company have turned off pictures on this app , (they’re on Google) I’ll let the picture do the talking. Look at how my face was left…Yellow uneven lines. Faded within 2 weeks as the treatment wasn’t carried out properly using the correct ink. Blamed on having alopecia!
Spelling mistakes in emails not even a penny returned. Had to go through solicitors but their company isn’t even registered as a makeup artist profession. AVOID! !

Why are all reviews written been invited??... Only if the treatment goes to plan.

I have just had my eyebrows micro bladed by Sharon and I am delighted with the results. I went from having sparse, patchy brows and having to pencil them in daily (and not making a very good job of it myself) to beautifully shaped brows in under 2 hours. Sharon put me at my ease and I felt very relaxed throughout the whole process. I am so very happy with the results and feel like a new woman! It's even given me a natural lift to my eye and I wish I had had it done sooner. What a difference my brows have made to my face. About 7 years ago my eyebrows disappeared. I found a Daily Mail article about tattooing eyebrows and Karen’s name was among several names mentioned. I have never looked back and continually have my eyebrows praised.

"I didn't find them professional at all"

I didn't find them professional at all. I emailed them a while back, and they said they would send me some info out. I chased it, as I didn't receive anything, and still nothing after asking me more questions. This is not good service at all. Surely you can instantly send a pdf without all this to-ing and fro-ing!
I found a place in Bedfordshire with 5 star reviews at half the price, so they did me a favour really.

I am delighted with my eyebrows! This is my second visit to Karen Betts. I only trust Karen Betts with my eyebrows as unfortunately my brows were a disaster first time round - I ended in slugs on my face which took ages to fade.

Carrina was amazing: she was patient and attentive in making sure my brows were just the way I wanted them and perfect in every way. She was kind and friendly - making me feel very relaxed during the whole process and providing helpful advice about how to care for my brows. I highly recommend her and will definitely see her again when I need a re-touch. Thank you!!

Why can’t more businesses be as brilliant as this one. I had my eyebrows micro-bladed at the Yorkshire clinic with Gemma. I had wanted to have them done for many years, but was worried in case they went wrong. Now I have had them done I cannot believe I waited so long. I had very sparse eyebrows before, that definitely weren’t symmetrical and I usually disliked having my picture taken because of them. The end results however have really surpassed all my expectations and I cannot thank or recommend Gemma highly enough. You most definitely get what you pay for and that’s a brilliant service from start to finish. Karen has built a wonderful business here, with an amazing team.
