I discovered I had a CCJ against me name from Thames Water a year after. I had no idea and was terrified on discovering this, I was almost having a breakdown till I came across CIC and they took my case up and today my CCJ as been set aside. I am so grateful to Liane she was a great support to me.
P.S. Ignore everything you read online about it not been possible to get CCJ removed. It is possible and mine was set aside. Now waiting for it to get erased from my credit report, I will update this review when that happens.

I had a CCJ registered against me having moved house and simply forgot to change my address on a student debt. This left me feeling very frustrated and that I was probably stuck with it despite having an otherwise perfect credit history. CCJ removal services have been excellent throughout the removal process. I was allocated a paralegal Mylah who took ownership of my case, providing clear info and instructions as well as very prompt responses throughout. I am so grateful to CCJ solutions team for fighting and successfully getting my CCJ set aside. It was a parking ticket from 6 years ago which was dormant and without me knowing issued a CCJ sending documentation to my previous address.

Olivia, Daniel & Nick were extremely helpful from start to finish - it was only a few weeks from my initial inquiry / providing documentation to prove the CCJ shouldn't have been present & the claimant very quickly agreed. The only delays were because the courts are massively backlogged, and so 90% of the wait time was just for a judge's signature, but the CCJ removal services team had been chasing it on my behalf. Overall it was 6 months in total, but once the judge's signature was received, the removal was very quick.

"The Best Decision I've Ever Made"

I am so happy I went through with this. I received a CCJ in very shady circumstances. An old parking ticket that I had appealed 4 years before and heard no response, snowballed into a CCJ when they started contacting me at an old address. I was only made aware when I started to look into getting a mortgage and found that my credit score had been hit by a 'catastrophic financial event' 5 months previously. It essentially meant that I wouldn't be able to get a mortgage for 10 years if it had stayed on my record.
Needless to say, I felt very panicked. This was until I contacted CCJ Removal Services. From my first conversation, I felt much, much more confident. They made me feel heard and understood. They were clear, concise and incredibly competent.
I was assigned Cayman Banks once I started the removal process. Unbelievably cool name for a start. She was exceptional. I am not normally one to write reviews, but it wouldn't be right to leave this unsaid. Not only was she completely on it, getting everything over to me ASAP, replying and calling with new information and any developments as soon as they happened; she was also kind, friendly, articulate and intelligent in the way she dealt with myself and the process. She even helped me out with documentation that allowed me to rent a new apartment. From start to finish, from my first point of contact with her, to the CCJ being removed, it's been 7 weeks. I've been told that this is unusually fast, I was previously told 16 weeks from submission so am super happy with this turnaround time.
All in all, a 10/10 experience. Really couldn't have been better and couldn't recommend enough. If you're even feeling half as panicked as I was when I discovered the CCJ, just pick up the phone and give them a call. It really is the best financial decision I've made.
