This company is probably fine so long as nothing goes wrong, if anything goes wrong they will do their utmost to make out that it is your responsibility and run a mile if you ever dare to utter either of the words "refund" or "replacement".

Using Mirrorworld couldn't be easier and the product is great value for money. The website was very clear and easy to order (no order to small). Although delivery was estimated at 2-3 weeks, the mirror was delivered in a week.

I ordered 6 mirrors for a new house. They arrived exactly as I specified and well packaged. Really pleased with them. Only improvement I'd suggest is to have a little more communication from mirrorworld - I didn't get an email confirmation of my order (just a payment confirmation) and had to call them to find out when they were going to be delivered (which as it happens was in two days time).

I was struggling to find a mirror to go on existing brackets in my newly decorated lounge when I came across Mirrorworld.
I emailed late at night for a bespoke price and received a reply first thing the next day. An email later and a frame sample was on it's way to me. This arrived the next day and I couldn't have been happier when it was a perfect match for the room.
A quick phone call to to order and pay and then it was just the wait which was within the 2 - 3 time frame given on order.
The parcel arrived and the packaging was excellent. The mirror was really protected and came out of its transport in perfect condition.
I am thrilled with the mirror. It suits my room perfectly and was made to the exact measurements I gave. My only niggle was that the hardboard backing was only on the corners and if it had been all over it would have looked neater and I may have been able to put my fixings in a slightly different position.
All in all the service I received was excellent and the mirror is great quality and good value for money. I will have no hesitation in using Mirrorworld again.

i placed a order 2 weeks ago. asked for delivery to my work as no1 will be home to recieve. they posted me a letter to home with a 'pass code' so i can confirm the alternative delivery address.

i emailed them as advised, 6 days later still nothing. wanted the mirror in place and customer service so unhelpful.

you gfet what you pay for and with these guys you really do get nothing!!

Overall good service and value. Website easy to use, reasonable e-mail communication / confirmation. Had to wait longer than I though for the two mirrors I had ordered to be delivered but the quality was excellent (especially for such a low price) which is the most important factor!!

"Decent product, price and delivery with great Customer Service"

If you need a made to measure mirror then these guys are ones to trust. My first experience and by accident I ended up not paying online but got a call the very next morning from a lovely lady who confirmed the order and left me feeling happy with the company. They delivered within the timescale promised and the delivery people called me the day before and on the ay to confirm their arrival. Because I wasn't there in person (my wife took the delivery) he also had the courtesy to call me to confirm that all had gone well. Customer service levels only previously experienced at Apple Stores....well done Mirrorworld
