We had our 30 year old, leaky, cold, uPVC conservatory replaced with a dark grey aluminium one and we're absolutely delighted. Lovely, friendly team of people from quote right through to installation. The guys who did the dismantling/installation were extremely hardworking, tidy and courteous. The reason I've given four stars rather than five is because, although the design WG did for us faithfully followed the original construction, having accepted it, paid the deposit and with the manufacturing process already underway, we were then informed the pitch of the roof would be a foot lower than the old one, which came as a bit of a shock. As a result, some cutting away of internal plasterwork was required. However, it was all done so neatly, we didn't even need to do any redecoration. In terms of heat and sound insulation - well, things have obviously improved tremendously in 30 years! It's going to make a big difference to our heating costs. Only wish we'd had it done sooner.
