I love shopping on Sheactive as they always have the best quality gear out there and usually at the best price. Once I had a complication with my order and the staff were really helpful and quick in sorting it out, so no complaints for anything!

I have never been treated so poorly by a company before, the communication was disgraceful and the delivery of my order didn't ever arrive, they wouldn't give me a refund and ignored my emails and calls.
Luckily I paid through PayPal and had to make a claim with them to eventually get my refund a month later!
I didn't receive an apology from She Active either, especially for the time spent chasing them for a refund and order I didn't receive and it was entirely their fault.
She Active should be reported to the standards of fair trading.
I have informed everyone I know, not to use them and hope that others who read this heed my advicey.
I also hope She Active try to comprehend what ' good' customer service actually involves.
